I don’t hate BJP, but Odisha’s AQI a couple of years ago was under 50–100. Now it’s 150+. I mean, how can a party be so bad that even air quality is getting worse?

I don’t hate BJP.
But I do remember that Odisha’s AQI a few years ago was usually in the good to moderate range (around 50–100).
Today, many days show AQI crossing 150, which clearly falls into the unhealthy category.
Air quality doesn’t collapse overnight, and it isn’t caused by one single factor — industry, traffic, construction, mining, and policy enforcement all play a role.
Still, when a government has power at both the state and centre for years, environmental outcomes are also part of accountability.
This isn’t hate.
This isn’t blind opposition.
It’s a simple question:
If development is happening, why is breathing becoming harder?
